Enhancing the Visitor Experience
To welcome visitors, the bike park will be getting a new entrance sign featuring our Premier Title Sponsor, KENDA TIRE! A bike kiosk will also go in near the entrance where visitors can find trail information and tune up their bikes.
Additional signage will go in at each feature and trailhead, all with sponsor recognition and EduGATOR tutorials. And to make the park more comfortable, a pavilion is in the works for gathering, seating, and shelter.
DrewsTrak Pump Track Expansion
Gators lovingly named the new pump track “DrewsTrak” in tribute to Dave Andrews, a cherished community member known for his volunteerism, years of youth coaching, and infectious smile. Dave seemed to be in his element when surrounded by kids being active and working towards improving their skills. The addition of DrewsTrak to Gators Bike Park is sure to create a huge draw for families to gather together, stay active, and continue to build skills, which would make Dave proud!
